This is me and my lovely grandgirl Leah is is now 17 and finishing school this year. She is studying hospitality and travel. Her goal is to work for an airline.






Here we are below, the Duke and Duchess of Albany Creek. I'm happy to inform you that Jeff has now taken to the bottle (hair) that is, so he is looking rather spiffy.











Rochelle, Brad, Leah and Callum who is now 12. He's as bright as a button and is good in everything he does.

Our three lovlies. Chase 19 now in Uni stuyding for his Bachelor in
Education. God has really blessed us in abundance. Praise His name.

Easter 2006

Hi Everyone,

Well this Easter we had part of the family over for lunch. There were 14 of us as others were away for the weekend. For the first time in 20 years, Rochelle and her family went down the Gold Coast to visit with Brad's family. We missed them a whole lot.

It was a perfect day to sit outdoors. The weather at the moment is so special. Early mornings and evenings are cooler but the days are so enjoyable. I used to wonder why people always talked about the weather in foreign countries. In India, I guess this is not a topic of the day. Now I understand why the weather is always a topic of the day everywhere else.

On the Menu was Plain White Spicy rice, chicken curry, lamb curry, iddlies, sambar, chutney, bhaigan bhagara, pumpkin and chick peas. For dessert I made a strawberry
flummery with good old fashioned egg custard. And with coffee we had fruit cake.
